As a member of the sandwich generation, Holly Pruett knows the importance of Villages—-not just for her parents, but for herself and other adult children trying to juggle the challenges of aging parents, growing children, and busy careers. That’s why she’s a Villages NW donor and a passionate advocate for the Portland metro-area Village movement. Watch this video to learn more about why she supports the Village movement:
Please join Holly by investing in the Villages NW network.
Villages NW is bringing the movement to the greater Portland metropolitan area with seven Villages! Voted the best new Non-Profit by Portland Monthly, this movement is spreading across the nation to create membership-driven, neighborhood-based communities to help older adults thrive in their own homes. Help us launch our own Villages on the local level! Your donation will help us train volunteers, provide transportation, or assist with other household needs, and assist with an array of social activities so elders remain vital, engaged and valued members of their communities.
Our first Village opened in Southeast Portland in October 2015. Three more – in Northeast Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro and beyond – will open this year with two additional planned for 2017. Your investment will make a huge difference in the lives of seniors.
Making Your Gift
In addition to sending you a letter thanking you for your gift, Villages NW will also send an acknowledgment letter to the person you’re honoring or, if this is a memorial gift, to the person of your choice.

Thank you so much for honoring the special older adults in your life with your gift to Villages NW Network. However you choose to give, please know that every donation is important and valued by Villages NW and the Spoke Villages that make up the Villages NW Network.
Working together, we will transform the future of aging here in the Portland metro-area. It just takes a Village.
