To become a Vintage Rock Concert Series Sponsor
1. Contact Rachel at rachelmohlere@gmail.com or any of the Villages NW Board Members or Ambassadors.
2. Print out the PDF of the 2014 Concert Series Sponsorship form. Hand your completed form and your check to a Villages NW Board Member or Ambassador or mail them to: Villages NW, c/o Bedard, 2013 SE 103 Dr, Portland, 97216
3. Print out the PDF of the 2014 Concert Series Sponsorship form and mail it to Villages NW, c/o Bedard, 2013 SE 103 Dr, Portland, 97216. Then pay online via credit card/PayPal using the button below.
NOTE: To be included on the 2014 series POSTER, your logo, sponsorship forms, and payment must be received by no later than July 10, 2014. Color and B&W versions of your logo suitable for print and web use should be sent to Chana@VillagesNW.org.
